About the event

Guests will enjoy a chef-crafted 4-course meal, sourced from the fields of Spencer County farmers, featuring only seasonal and local ingredients. The meal will be prepared by certified Chef Tim Flick of Carodella’s Custom Catering.

The evening will consist of a cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. Guests will enjoy instrumental music as they sip locally produced beer and wine, and nibble appetizers on the barn patio. After cocktail hour, guests will make their way inside Matilda’s Event Barn for a freshly prepared four course meal.

The night will be a relaxing and welcoming experience with a short hello from Matilda’s and a thank you for Spencer County CASA Executive Director Katie Thompson.

Current sponsors for the night’s event include Cope’s Produce Co. (Rockport, IN),  Tempel Family Livestock (Tennyson, IN), and Steckler Grassfed Farms (Dale, IN).

The event begins with a cocktail hour from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Tickets include 1 free drink acholic beverage, a cocktail hour with appetizers, and a 4-course meal, including dessert.

21+ event only

Cocktail Hour:

Charcuterie boards with cured meats, fruit, assorted cheeses, and roasted vegetables.

1st Course:

Grilled & marinated lamb chops with house-made chimichurri sauce - Mexican street corn

2nd Course:

Mixed greens - chopped cashews - diced strawberries - aged cheddar cheese - house-made lemon poppyseed dressing

3rd Course:

Grilled pork chop -- roasted heirloom tomato & garlic cream sauce – roasted vegetable medley

4th Course:

Blueberry & white chocolate donut pudding - whipped cream - brandy butter sauce
